Naturopath
Molly Addison is a degree-qualified clinical naturopath and yoga teacher.
For Molly, naturopathy is more than a discipline for healing, it’s a way of life. Growing up in the bush, she has always felt a profound connection and relationship to the way nature can inspire good health, transmute feelings of overwhelm and slow it all down by juxtaposing the modern-day rhythms. In her teens, she visited a naturopath for the first time who prescribed a complete dietary revolution and herbal tincture, which sparked a life-long curiosity in nutrition, herbal medicine and nervous system regulating practices.
Molly resonates with a non-dogmatic approach to treatment. Recommendations are tailored to the individual through a holistic lens, intending to support joy and remove the obstacles to cure.
